Advanced Support for Skin and Hair Rejuvenation
Exosomes are used at Tanuva Aesthetics as part of advanced skin and hair rejuvenation treatment plans. They are most often used following microneedling, where the treated skin is receptive to the products applied afterwards.
Exosome treatments are not a standalone answer to every concern. They are planned as part of a wider approach, which may include microneedling, PRP or PRF, and are always chosen following assessment of your skin or scalp and a discussion of what you would like to achieve.

Every treatment begins with a consultation with our doctor-led team.
How It Works
Exosome products are used within a defined protocol as part of your treatment plan. The exact application method depends on the product protocol, the treatment being carried out and your individual suitability, and is explained to you at your appointment.
In facial treatments, exosome products are commonly used following microneedling as part of the same session. In scalp and hair rejuvenation programmes, they may be incorporated into a course alongside other regenerative treatments.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about exosome treatments at our Oldbury clinic. Suitability and the exact protocol are confirmed at consultation.
How are exosomes used in a treatment?
The application method depends on the product protocol, the treatment being performed and your individual suitability. In most facial treatments at our clinic they are used following microneedling within the same appointment. Your practitioner will explain the protocol being used for your plan.
Can exosome treatments be used for hair as well as skin?
Yes. Exosome treatments may be included in scalp and hair rejuvenation programmes as well as facial rejuvenation plans, which is why they appear under both areas of our treatment menu.
Can they be combined with PRP or PRF?
They can form part of a personalised course alongside PRP or PRF. Whether that is appropriate depends on your concerns, your assessment and the plan agreed with you at consultation.
How many sessions will I need?
Exosome treatments are usually planned as a course rather than a single session. The number of sessions and the spacing between them is agreed at consultation and reviewed as you progress.
Is there downtime?
Because exosome treatments are commonly carried out alongside microneedling, most of the downtime relates to that treatment: redness, warmth and sensitivity for a day or two. We explain what to expect before you book.
Is this treatment suitable for everyone?
No. Suitability depends on your skin or scalp assessment, your medical history and the specific product protocol. We will tell you at consultation if we do not consider the treatment appropriate for you.
