How It Works

The treatment uses a carboxy therapy system applied to the surface of the skin. A gel and mask combination generates carbon dioxide at skin level, which is intended to encourage circulation within the treated area and support a fresher, brighter-looking complexion.

The whole process is carried out on the surface of the skin. There are no needles, no injections and no controlled skin injury, which is what keeps downtime to a minimum compared with more invasive rejuvenation treatments.

  • The carboxy gel is applied, followed by the treatment mask

  • The mask is removed and finishing products and SPF are applied
  • The appointment usually takes around thirty to forty-five minutes

Downtime & Aftercare

  • Mild redness or a flushed look can occur and usually settles quickly
  • You can normally apply make-up and return to your usual routine the same day
  • Keep the skin hydrated and use a high factor SPF daily
  • Avoid very hot showers, saunas and steam rooms for the rest of the day
  • Avoid strong actives such as acids or retinoids for 24 hours
