Regenerative Options for the Face and Skin
The same regenerative treatments used for the scalp can be applied to facial and skin rejuvenation. PRP and PRF are prepared from a small sample of your own blood, and exosome treatments may be used within advanced skin rejuvenation plans, commonly following microneedling.
These treatments are often planned together rather than in isolation, and they may also sit alongside biofiller or microneedling within a personalised plan. What suits you depends on your skin assessment, your medical history and the outcome you are hoping for.

PRP for the Face
Platelet-rich plasma can be injected into selected facial areas or applied during microneedling, prepared from a small sample of your own blood. It may support improvements in the appearance of skin texture, radiance and fine lines.

PRF for the Face
Platelet-rich fibrin is processed without additives so that growth factors are released more gradually. It may be used for facial rejuvenation, for selected facial areas, and for the under-eye area following individual assessment.

Exosome Treatments
Exosome treatments are used within advanced skin rejuvenation plans, most often following microneedling, and may support the appearance of skin texture, tone, radiance and recovery.

Microneedling & Biofiller
Microneedling creates controlled microchannels in the skin and is frequently combined with PRP or exosome products. Biofiller is a gel-like preparation made from components of your own blood, used for selected facial areas.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about facial and skin rejuvenation with regenerative treatments.
Which treatment should I start with?
That depends on your skin assessment and your concerns. Some clients begin with microneedling combined with PRP, while others are better suited to PRF or a staged course. We recommend a starting point at consultation rather than in advance.
Can these treatments be used for both face and hair?
Yes. PRP, PRF and exosome treatments may be used for facial rejuvenation and for the scalp, which is why they appear under both sections of our treatment menu. They can sometimes be combined within a single appointment.
Are results immediate?
No. Regenerative treatments work gradually, typically over weeks to months and across a course. Any immediate change is usually swelling rather than the settled result.
How do I know what is realistic?
At consultation we assess your skin, explain what each treatment can and cannot address, and set out a plan with realistic expectations. We would rather be candid at the outset than overstate what is achievable.
Can I combine these with Botox or dermal filler?
Treatments can often be planned together within an overall approach, with appropriate spacing between appointments. Your practitioner will advise on sequencing at your consultation.
Is there anything that would rule me out?
Certain blood conditions, some medications, active skin infection, pregnancy and breastfeeding are among the factors that may make these treatments unsuitable. Your medical history is always reviewed first.
